Rutger Reinders

Rutger Reinders composed music for, among others, Zurich (2016, Sacha Polak), for which he received a Golden Calf nomination, Zagros (2018, Sahim Omar Kalifa), for which he won the World Soundtrack Award for Best Original Music, Dirty God (2019, Sacha Polak), for which he won the Golden Calf for Best Music; and I.M. (2021, Michiel van Erp) for which he won a Buma Award for Best Music in a Dutch TV series. He also composed the music for all four seasons of Tschugger (2021–2024, David Constantin), a record-breaking series in German-speaking countries. Rutger began his career as a commercial composer, working on campaigns for IKEA, MTV, Heineken, Randstad, Audi, and Nikon. He is now a highly sought-after composer across all media. He is currently working on his first album of Dutch pop songs, which is expected to be released this summer.
